At times in life, we can feel lost and without much hope. These feelings can place an unspeakable burden on our daily life and valued relationships. I can help you understand how you got to this place, and help you build stronger and healthier connections in your relationships. I use Restoration Therapy to provide you with an opportunity to change. I am Restoration Therapy Level 1 trained, Prepare/Enrich facilitator trained, as well as a number of other child and family model trained through my work at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing a with a wide range of challenges.

My interests:

I enjoy going out to dinner around the city and seeing new parks and outside spaces I haven’t been to before.  At home, I like relaxing during the day by catching up on a little bit of television while enjoying the company of my cats and dogs.
