Education and Training:

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (I.1801144-SUPV). I completed my Bachelor's of Art in Psychology from the University of Dayton and completed my Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University with a specialization in Mental Health and Substance Misuse. Prior to joining this practice, I have provided therapy in community, court-based, school-based and private practice settings and enjoy working with both youth and adults in individual, couple, and family therapy. Restoration Therapy Model is central to my practices and focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families understand why unhelpful patterns in relationships happen, learn how to have more connected relationships, rebuild trust and sense of self, and heal from painful experiences. I am EMDR- trained which is a trauma processing specialty that quickly allows clients to help trauma responses leave our nervous system. I am also certified as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator which I use with premarital or established couples who would like a set skill-based coaching track. I am Restoration Therapy Level 1 certified through Dr. Terry D. Hargrave. While I have worked with a broad range of challenges, I am passionate about working with anxiety, depression, infidelity repair and partner betrayal trauma, and trauma/distressing events as well as working with youth who are struggling in school or in their relationships with peers.

My Interests:

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, Indy Car racing, figure skating, going to farmer's markets, and visiting the metro parks around Columbus. I also try to travel when I can to experience new places and learn about new cultures.
